We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
If a customer returns a product, within 30 days after receiving it, for nonquality reasons, there will be a $7 cancellation fee for every item.
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Canceling the Topup, if the plan was not activated yet you will get a full refund, If you need to cancel the topup after the plan was activated you must notify us within 24 hours, the plan cannot be canceled after 24 hours or if you already started using the plan. there is a $5 cancellation fee for canceling after the plan was activated.

Upon receipt of a proper payment and complete request from you for a Top-Up the Top-Up will be added to your prepaid account balance remotely within 3 hours or at a later date if chosen, we will forward an electronic request to the relevant mobile network operator to provide a credit of the amount transferred for the benefit of the pre-paid mobile phone number nominated by you. You will receive notification via SMS and Email once the topup is added to your SIM card.
If you need to cancel the topup please notify us within 24 hours from the time of the transaction ONLY if you have NOT already started using the topup. The mobile network operator shall be solely liable to you in respect of the provision of the mobile services to which the Top-Up applies, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE PERMITTED AS THIS IS A DIRECT TRANSFER. THE TOP-UP CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT NUMBER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR THE TOPUP OR IF THE CREDIT WAS USED ON DATA SERVICES BY MISTAKE! PREPAIDISRAELISIM.COM is an independent entity appointed by mobile network operators to act on their behalf to facilitate the purchase of Top-Up. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement and provided you have not acted fraudulently or in a negligent manner, we shall accept liability for the non-execution or defective execution of a Top-Up effected through the Website but such liability shall be limited to the amount of the unexecuted or defectively executed Top-Up.
If you used the credit for internet by mistake or you can contact the provider from the sim card within 1 week to reclaim your lost credit, not all providers will agree to refund!
We cannot refund airtime used on misdialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service or voice mail will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for the discount call or text plans once activated.

You can use the Israeli SIM card for roaming in a different country only for calls and SMS messages!
When you are in Israel you must contact your service provider from the SIM card and ask them to open the line for international roaming services.
Opening the line for roaming is not recommended since the fees are very high see below costs, you need to have regular credit on your main account balance for roaming usage, the plans will not work while roaming.
