Quick Fix Before Changing APN Settings
- Turn Mobile Data ON
- Restart your phone
- Toggle Airplane Mode ON → OFF
- Enable Data Roaming
- Reinsert the SIM card / Restart Your eSIM (Turn It Off and On Again)
Reset Network Settings
If your device is not picking up the correct network or data settings, resetting the network settings can often fix the issue. This refreshes all mobile, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connections and forces the phone to reconnect using the latest carrier settings.
Note: Resetting network settings will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.
iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Tap Reset
- Select Reset Network Settings
- Enter your device passcode
- Confirm the reset
Your iPhone will restart automatically and refresh all network settings.
Android (Most Devices)
Menu names may vary slightly depending on the phone brand.
- Open Settings
- Tap System
- On Samsung devices tap General Management
- Tap Reset Options
- Select Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth
- Tap Reset Settings
- Confirm the reset
Your device will clear all network connections and reconnect to the network.
Tip: After the reset finishes, restart the phone once more and make sure Mobile Data is turned ON.
