We have been using the prepaid SIM card this week in Israel and it has worked out very well.

I purchased this sim card back in 2014 and use the sim card when i travel to Israel twice a year, I refill my sim card on the website before i leave for Israel to be activated the day i land, i always had good service throughout the country, my experience using the cellcom sim card in the last two years has been a positive experience.
