Definitions 

The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: 

The rates and plans on our website are subject to change without notice, prepaid Israeli sim is a reseller and not affiliated with the providers, any billing error must be dealt directly with the provider.

Accessories: Products approved by Prepaid Online which can be used in Israel with a phone. These include Israel SIM cards, Mobile Phones, wireless Modems, chargers, car kits, headsets and SIM card carry cases.

Account: Our records of your payments, credit card charges, and your personal details.

Charges and Rates: All charges and rates for services, as published on our web site www.prepaidisraelisim.com. All calls are charged at 1-second increments, if you don't use the full minute you will only get charged for part of the minute rate.

Connection: The process of providing you access to a service.

Customer Literature: Printed and on-line documents published by Prepaid Israeli SIM that provides information on Israel Prepaid SIM cards. Literature may be distributed with new phones or via e-mail to some or all Prepaid Israeli SIM Customers.

Registration: Our acceptance of an application for Services and our record of Customer and User data prior to Connection. To 'register' shall mean to begin the process of registration and constitutes the time after which an application has been submitted but before acceptance by Prepaid Online.

Roaming: Service which allows the use a Phone on other operators' networks, usually in foreign countries.

Services: Roaming and other services.

SIM: A smart chip card which contains your personal telephone number and is programmed to allow access to the network.

User: You, or another person named by you who is authorized to incur Charges to your Account.

SIM CARD Refunds / Returns

Canceling the Topup, if the plan was not activated yet you will get a full refundIf you need to cancel the topup after the plan was activated you must notify us within 24 hours, the plan cannot be canceled after 24 hours or if you already started using the plan. there is a $5 cancellation fee for canceling after the plan was activated.


Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 60 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

NonQuality Issues:
If a customer returns a product, within 60 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, there will be a $10 cancellation fee for shipping and handling since we offer free shipping
Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.

The cost for the eSIM cannot be refunded after the eSIM  is activated, the cost for the plan can be refunded only if the plan has not been used.

Canceled orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before shipment or if the eSIM has not been activated yet there will be no costs incurred.

Wrong Item Delivered
After confirming the wrong item has been sent, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.

TOPUP Cancellation / Refunds

Upon receipt of a proper and complete request from you for a Top-Up the TopUp will automatically be added to your prepaid account balance within 3 hours or at a later date if chosen, and will forward an electronic request to the relevant mobile network operator to provide a credit of the amount transferred for the benefit of the pre-paid mobile phone number nominated by you. The mobile network operator shall be solely liable to you in respect of the provision of the mobile services to which the Top-Up applies, you will receive notification via SMS and Email once the topup is added to your SIM card. If you need to cancel the topup please notify us within 24 hours from the time of the transaction ONLY if you did NOT already start using the topup. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE PERMITTED AS THIS IS A DIRECT TRANSFER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR THE TOPUP !

PREPAIDISRAELISIM.COM is an independent entity appointed by mobile network operators to act on their behalf to facilitate the purchase of Top-Up.
Subject to your compliance with the Agreement and provided you have not acted fraudulently or in a negligent manner, we shall accept liability for the non-execution or defective execution of a Top-Up effected through the Website but such liability shall be limited to the amount of the unexecuted or defectively executed Top-Up.

Provision of Services

We will take all reasonable steps to make all Services available to you at all times. However, please note that:

  • The quality and availability of Services may sometimes be affected by factors outside our control such as local physical obstructions, atmospheric condition, other causes of radio interference, and faults in other telecommunication networks to which the network is connected.
  • The quality of our Services may not be at its best inside buildings or below ground.
  • Service may sometimes be affected by maintenance and upgrading.
  • The network and Services may from time to time require upgrades, modification or maintenance. These may result in some or all of the Service becoming temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will do everything possible to provide alternative Service and keep the period of non-availability to a minimum. However, some interruption may be inevitable.
  • We may suspend some or all of the Services you use, without notice, if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of one or more of the terms of your contract.
  • Roaming relies on the telecommunications systems of foreign networks, over which we have no control. We cannot, therefore, offer any warranties, express or implied, concerning the quality of roaming services.
  • rates and coverage are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

 

The Prepaid Israeli SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 1-2 years. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.

The SIM card balance is valid for 12 months.If your credit expired you can contact the provider from the sim card within 6 months to reclaim your lost credit. 

If the balance expires, the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.

Refunds

We cannot give refunds for the airtime !.  If you need to cancel the topup please notify us within 24 hours, the plan cannot be canceled after 24 hours from from the activation or if you already started using the plan.  You may return an unused phone or Israeli SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A $5 restocking fee will be applied.for shipping and handling Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging including the sim card case in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We cannot refund airtime used on misdialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service or voice mail will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for discount call or text plans once activated.

Ownership of Personal Extra Numbers

You understand and agree that you are the owner of the sim card and you are responsible for how you use the service and how you dial your calls, you can register the SIM card under your name with the provider by going to the service center in Israel, if the SIM card is under your name you will never loss the number even if you loss the SIM card. Prepaid Israeli SIM is not affiliated with any provider and will not be liable or responsible to you or any third party for any loss or damage you may suffer in relation to your use of this Service and the acts or omissions of our third party service providers. You understand and agree that following the termination of your account for any reason, such PEN may be re-assigned immediately to another customer, and you agree that prepaidisraelisim.com will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such re-assignment, and you hereby waive any claims with respect to any such re-assignment, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if prepaidisraelisim.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. You further understand and agree that prepaidisraelisim.com cannot reactivate an expired sim card, transfer phone numbers, move you existing number to a new sim card or create a new sim card for a lost number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for Prepaid Online Shipments Outside the United States and Israel 

When ordering from PrepaidIsraelisim.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can
be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Auto Top-Up Terms & Conditions

These online top-up terms and conditions govern your use of the "Prepaid online" top up service which is provided to you by "Prepaid Israeli SIM". Please read them carefully.

WHAT IS THIS ONLINE TOP-UP SERVICE?

To use this online top-up service you will need to complete the online registration process. Successful registration to this online top-up service allows you to purchase airtime credit to a maximum value of $100 per transaction for new customers, later the topup limitation will be removed.

We offer auto topup service for all the prepaid cellular providers in Israel, Cellcom Bigtalk, Orange Talkman, Pelephone Talk'n'go, 019Mobile Telzar, unlicom.
The Topup will automatically be added to your prepaid account balance within 3 hours or at a later date if chosen, you will receive notification via SMS and Email once the topup is added to your SIM card, all orders placed on Saturday (shabbat) or Israeli holidays will be processed within one hour after the holiday is over.

All Orange and Cellcom Credit Topups have a  service charge deducted by the carrier, Cellcom deducts ?5 , Orange deducts ?7 Shekel.

Scheduled Top-Up Services 

Automatic top up and Scheduled Gifting (Automatic top up Service) are available for all registered Customers. You may set up a Scheduled Top Up Service whereby you add credit to either your own prepaid Israeli SIM cards (“Automatic top up”) or you add credit to another prepaid sim card, This can be set up so that the Top-Up is applied once or for each month on the same date.

Once you have successfully set up Automatic top up, we will send you an order confirmation email to notify you that your order was successful. This will be followed by a further SMS and Email on the day or date you selected your account to be Topped Up to confirm the Automatic top-up amount or plan credited to your registered Top Up Direct account.

This online top-up service is a reseller service We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to provide this online top-up service for reasons beyond our control, Prepaid Israeli sim is a reseller and is not affiliated with the providers, any billing error must be dealt directly with the provider.

SUSPENDING YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE TOP-UP SERVICE

We may suspend this online top-up service immediately:

(a) if we need to carry out repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new aspects to this online top-up service (and we will try to restore the online top-up service as soon as we can),
(b) if we are told to by the Government, the emergency services or any other competent or lawful authority,
(c) if the buyer is suspected of fraud activity 

Sometimes, it may appear to us that there is an unusual use of this online top-up service (for example, the volume of top-ups loaded increases significantly and we reasonably suspect fraudulent use). If this does happen we may suspend your use of this online top-up service to prevent you from incurring excessive or unwanted charges, we may contact you by phone of email before we approve your order for verification.

Top Up credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to decline your application for a top-up account.

Prepaid Israeli SIM Will not be liable or responsible to you or any third party for any loss or damage you may suffer in relation to your use of this Service and the acts or omissions of our third-party service providers, agents or contractors, including without limitation, the processing of customer refunds via the Service. As the registered account owner of that mobile number you are only authorized to set up, amend and otherwise cancel the Service or Automatic top up Services and therefore, accept sole full responsibility for using the Service and Scheduled Top Up Services in accordance with these terms and conditions and hence, keeping your account details and Top Up Codes and Usernames/Passwords safe and secure from loss or theft. In addition, Meteor will not be liable or responsible for any failure in the Service that may arise as a result of any power disruption or technical fault.
